At One click cleans, our goal is to deliver exceptional cleaning services through our subscription plans. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure you are satisfied with our service. Please review our refund policy to understand when refunds may be available.
Refunds
We offer full refunds if none of the services included in your subscription have been redeemed during the subscription term. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of subscribing or renewing your plan.
Partial Refunds
If some of your services have been used, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund, depending on your case. Please note that once services are redeemed, a full refund is not possible.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued if any services have been redeemed during the subscription term. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full cost of the scheduled service being applied.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time after 6 months, but please note that access to any remaining services will be terminated immediately upon cancellation. There are no additional fees for cancellation, but refunds will follow the guidelines mentioned above.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact our customer support team through email (support@oneclickcleans.com). Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
One click cleans reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated through our website and will apply to future subscriptions and renewals.
