Terms and Conditions for One click cleans

Welcome to One click cleans. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website and services. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

Service Overview

One click cleans offers a subscription-based cleaning service where customers can schedule home cleaning, as well as various additional services like window, roofing, and gutter cleaning. The services provided are subject to availability and are fulfilled by third-party cleaning staff who work on behalf of One click cleans. Each subscription allows for a certain number of services during the subscription period, depending on the plan chosen by the customer.

Subscription and Payments

By subscribing to One click cleans, you agree to pay the subscription fees associated with the plan you select. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors, and all subscription fees must be paid in full before services are rendered. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless you choose to cancel after a minimum term of 6 months. Any additional charges, such as fees for extra services outside the subscription, must be paid at the time they are requested.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription after the initial 6-month period. In cases where no services have been used during the subscription period, you are entitled to a full refund. If some services have been redeemed while others have not, you may be eligible for a partial refund as outlined in our refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@oneclickcleans.com and will be processed as outlined on our refunds policy page.

Service Availability and Scheduling

Services provided by One click cleans are subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate your preferred scheduling, we cannot guarantee availability at all times. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, unavailability of the cleaning staff, or other emergencies, One click cleans reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a service. We will notify you as soon as possible if a rescheduling is required.

Responsibilities of the Customer

As a customer, you are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and specific cleaning needs. If additional information is needed, One click cleans will contact you using the details provided during registration. You must ensure that your home is accessible and safe for the cleaning staff. Failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in the cancellation of that service, and a service will be considered used. You must also ensure that pets, if any, are secure during the cleaning appointment to prevent disruptions.

Modifications to Services

One click cleans reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to the available cleaning services, contractors, and pricing. We may also update these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business or applicable law. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically, and continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of any changes. This also includes the ability to change the monthly price higher or lower at our discretion if the property is larger than expected or smaller than expected compared to the sizing given in our configurator.

Limitation of Liability

One click cleans strives to provide high-quality cleaning services but does not guarantee the outcome of the services provided. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services, including any damage to property, unless such damage is caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the cleaning staff. Our liability is limited as outlined in our public liability insurance and is limited to the amount you have paid for the services in question.

Third-Party Contractors

One click cleans uses third-party contractors to perform cleaning services. While we carefully select and vet our contractors, we are not directly responsible for the actions of these contractors. Any complaints or concerns regarding services provided by a contractor should be directed to One click cleans at support@oneclickcleans.com so we can address the issue. Liability for third-party contractors is outlined in our professional indemnity insurance.

All content on the One click cleans website, including text, logos, and design, is the property of One click cleans or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written permission from One click cleans.
