Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a cleaning service as long as it is done at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation or reschedule request is made within 24 hours of the appointment, the service may be considered used.

You can cancel your subscription after the initial 6-month period as outlined in our refund page. If you move, please contact us so we can update your service address, and if applicable (areas we serve), transfer services to your new location.

 

No, all cleaning products and equipment are provided by the cleaning staff. You just need to provide access to your property.

Payments are made via our secure online portal using Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly, and you can manage your billing information in your account settings or contact us using our email.

No, we don’t offer one-off home cleans. You must be subscribed to our regular home cleaning services to access one-off guttering, window, and roof cleaning. Please not that these one-off services have additional fees.
